CANCELLATION POLICY In the event you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment, by giving me a text or call, any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you miss an appointment without contacting within the required time, this is considered a missed appointment and will result in a 100% charge of service with the payment information on file. NO SHOW NO CALL POLICY Missing your appointment without notifying Serving Face by Noura before your appointment time will result in 100% charge of your appointment. If the client wishes to book again, the totality of a new booked appointment must be paid upon booking. LATE POLICY If a client is more than 10 minutes late without prior notice we will consider this a missed appointment. Missed appointments will result in a 100% charge of service with the payment information on file.
